Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://airductcleaning-atl.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of services provided by Airduct Cleaning ATL (“Airduct Cleaning ATL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling, or receiving any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. Our business operates in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area, and these Terms are written in plain language modeled on common practices across HVAC and air duct cleaning providers. For legal certainty tailored to your situation, please consult your attorney.

Agreement and scope

These Terms apply to the Site, our customer communications by phone, SMS, and email, and all on‑site and off‑site services we perform, including air duct cleaning and related offerings. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to schedule or approve services. Additional written work authorizations, service tickets, or estimate notes you sign on site are incorporated into these Terms.

Quotes, scheduling, access and preparation

Estimates are based on the information you provide and a normal working environment. Final pricing may be adjusted on site if conditions differ materially, such as additional vents, inaccessible areas, hazardous materials, or damaged ductwork. We provide arrival windows and do our best to be on time; unforeseen conditions, traffic, weather, or prior jobs may cause delays, and we will communicate updates promptly. You agree to ensure safe access to the work area, provide parking and a responsible adult present during service, secure pets, and move fragile items away from registers and work paths. You agree to inform our team of any known hazards such as asbestos, lead paint, pest infestations, water damage, or active leaks. If unsafe conditions exist, we may pause or refuse work and propose alternatives.

Pricing, payment, cancellations and refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major payment methods including card payments processed by reputable providers; we do not store full card numbers. For large or specialized projects, a deposit may be required and will be disclosed in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment; late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a reasonable trip or cancellation fee to cover technician time and dispatch costs. Chargebacks should be used only after you have contacted us and allowed us to investigate and resolve the issue; unjustified chargebacks may result in collections for the underlying amount and fees. Refunds, where appropriate, are processed back to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

Services, workmanship warranty and important limitations

We perform professional air duct cleaning and related services using methods appropriate for the duct material and condition, including negative air systems and controlled agitation. We offer a limited workmanship warranty: if we determine workmanship was deficient, we will return to re‑perform the affected portion of the service within a reasonable time at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover re‑soiling or dust re‑accumulation caused by ongoing sources such as construction, poor filtration, heavy pet dander, smoking, water intrusion, or mechanical issues in your HVAC system. We do not test for or remediate mold, asbestos, or other hazardous materials; if suspected, we will recommend specialized services. Cleaning services are not a medical or scientific guarantee of indoor air quality, allergen elimination, or HVAC efficiency improvement, although many customers experience noticeable improvements when systems are properly maintained. We are not responsible for pre‑existing defects or damage, including brittle or improperly installed registers, failing tape or mastic, deteriorated flex duct, or hidden objects in ducts. If we identify damage or conditions likely to cause damage if cleaning proceeds, we will inform you and seek your direction.

Photos, documentation, reviews and permission for marketing use

To document work quality and for training and warranty purposes, we may capture limited photos or short videos of HVAC components and duct interiors before and after cleaning, taking care to avoid sensitive personal content. Documentation may be shared with you on request. We will not use your property images or testimonials for public marketing without your explicit permission. If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, or testimonial to us or on a public platform, you grant us permission to quote it for marketing with attribution consistent with that platform’s terms, unless you revoke permission in writing.

Liability, indemnification and force majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airduct Cleaning ATL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, arising from or related to the Site or our services. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, supply issues, utility outages, or labor disruptions.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in small claims court in Fulton County, Georgia, if eligible, or submit the dispute to binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Atlanta, Georgia. You and we both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first acceptance of these Terms by sending written notice to airductcleaningatl@gmail.com; if you opt out, you agree that exclusive venue for any court action will be the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
